Bryan’s responsibilities include supporting faculty and staff data analysis needs. This includes reporting to external agencies and maintaining dashboards.

Kate’s primary responsibilities include supporting student data analysis needs. This includes reporting to external agencies, maintaining dashboards, and survey research to support a variety of institutional initiatives.

Rachel primarily supports the Office of Institutional Research by analyzing student data for various external reporting requirements, survey research, and projects on student success initiatives at UC.

Brad’s primary role as a Business Data Reporting Analyst is to support the IR office’s ongoing data analysis needs. This includes programming workflows, creating/maintaining dashboards and reporting to external sources.

Steve supports a variety of IR projects surrounding student data analysis, including IPEDS, and has extensive experience with UC Blue Ash data.

Katy supports the Office of Institutional Research in reporting to external agencies, dashboard design, survey research, and research projects focused on student success.

Michael joined UC in 2024. His key responsibilities are oversight of enrollment forecasting, assessment of recruitment initiatives, scholarship and financial aid targeting strategies, and developing predictive models for student success.

Susana leads strategic academic data analytics initiatives for the university and oversees the Academic Analytics and Institutional Research unit which collects, analyzes, and delivers university data to key stakeholders.

Jillian joined UC in 2024. Her primary responsibilities include managing projects and leading cross-functional teams to support institutional goals relating to data quality and strategic insights.
